There are two model aircraft clubs in and around the Basingstoke area, they
are (alphabetical order)
The AMC currently fly out of a small field just outside "Old Basing" on the outskirts of Basingstoke. They fly IC and electric powered fixed wing, IC and electric (on the indoor meetings) helicopter, they also have a section who are into gliders and free flight.
The BMAC flying site is just off the B3400 Basingstoke to Whitchurch road (opposite the "Deane Gate Inn"). It is a largish site free from natural and man made obstacles. They meet every fortnight in the evening at the Southern Electric social club in Basingstoke.
